Shipping Policy and Procedure– Please read carefully before submitting your order. By ordering from NETFASHIONAVENUE, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please exit our site. Please print this page and retain for your records.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check availability of the item they wish to purchase before placing an order. We do not guarantee that all items displayed on our site are available for immediate shipping.
Items usually ship from our store within 3-10 business days. If you need an item faster please check with us for the availability of the item that you wish to buy from us. PLEASE NOTE: that in some cases it may take longer for an order to ship depending on the availability of an item through the designer house.
If you need an item right away, please contact us for availability before placing your order. We will assist you in determining an estimated shipping date. We do not guarantee any estimates given on delivery dates and delivery dates are subject to change based on the availability from the respective designer.
ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED
(a) if the item is in stock at either our warehouse or the respective designer warehouse, the item will ship in 3-10 business days. Our website does not display whether or not items are in stock. You must contact us for current availability by phone, email or chat.
if the item is not in stock in our warehouse or the respective designer warehouse, the item will be special ordered on your behalf and will be shipped to you once we have received it at our warehouse. Special orders may have additional production and/or delivery time from the manufacturer.
You will be notified by email of the status of your order.
Once the order is accepted your payment will be processed using the method you provided.
Your order will be shipped and we will send a tracking number to you by email.
ONCE AN ORDER IS SHIPPED
You can track your package using the tracking number provided to you by email. Be sure to track the package on the appropriate website. See our Shipping Procedures below for more information.
It is important to observe the package upon delivery for damage due to shipping. If there is damage to your package, you must report it to the shipping carrier before acceptance of the package.
International orders: Please note that we cannot estimate if you will need to pay duty and how much that would be. Customs duty is based upon the regulations of the destination country. We are not responsible for any duty that you may have to pay to your country when receiving your order.
IMPORTANT! For any package that has been shipped and REFUSED upon delivery, we will charge a 50% restocking fee.
No cancellations are offered on Special orders. No exceptions.
In case cancellation on a special order item is granted there will be a 50% restocking fee, no exceptions
How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped via UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS). International orders are all shipped using USPS express mail (
International customers also have the option to use their MyUS.com account.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time simply means the time it will take a package to reach you after it leaves our store. It does not mean the exact time it will take to get a dress from the time the order is placed. Processing, production, and receiving times are also a factor and are specific to each order.
Estimated shipping time from NetFashionAvenue after an order is processed and received from the manufacturer:
UPS GROUND: 1-5 business days depending on your location within the continental
UPS 2-DAY BLUE LABEL: 2 business days within the continental
UPS NEXT DAY AIR/ USPS EXPRESS MAIL: 1-2 Business days within the continental
USPS PRIORITY MAIL: 1-5 Business days within the
U.S. APO/FPO addresses are estimated at 1-4 weeks, but delivery time absolutely cannot be guaranteed because they become the responsibility of the military after they leave the
U.S. and we are not quoted a specific delivery time to any location.
INTERNATIONAL UPS/ USPS: 3-10 business days to most international countries.
Do you ship internationally?
YES, we are happy to ship worldwide! We ship via USPS to most countries (to be determined by NetFashionAvenue). We have also partnered with MyUS.com to offer better shipping and payment options to international customers.
International shipping charges are to get your package to your country. We do not charge any customs fees when sending our packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and NetFashionAvenue is not responsible for those charges. You are not paying those charges to us, you are paying them to your country's customs agency.For any additional information refer to your local customs agency.
Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.
It is illegal for us to mark a package as a “gift.”
APO/FPO addresses are not considered international, so there is no charge for customs.
We cannot ship Mon Cheri products out of the USA as the Mon Cheri company doesn't authorize such actions.
Please note that Jovani is not available online in following countries:
Bahrain, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Libya, Mexico, Moldova, Netherlands, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Switzerland, U.K., Ukraine.
All packages will be insured.
Do you charge customs on International packages?
We do not charge customs when shipping our packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your countries tax regulations. We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and

How can I get a tracking number for my package?
A tracking number will automatically be emailed to you, at the address you provided on your order, at the time your package is shipped. You can also check your order status online to find your ship date and tracking number (when available).

You can track your packages by phone or online. You will be provided with a tracking number via email when your order has shipped.

What should I do if my tracking number isn't working?
Tracking numbers are not valid until they are scanned and received the evening they are shipped. Please wait and try your tracking number again later. If it still doesn't work, let us know and we'll double check the number you were given and help you track your package.
If your package is not delivered you can initiate a lost package investigation through the carrier or call us and we'll help you through it. Please be sure to allow the quoted approximate delivery time and check the status by tracking the package. Ground shipments do not have a guaranteed delivery date.
