Procedure - please read carefully before
submitting your order. By ordering from NETFASHIONAVENUE, you agree to
the following terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please exit our
site. Please print this page and retain for your records.
Our policy was created in accordance to Visa and
Mastercard, Amex and Discover latest updates on Merchant/Seller requirements for
credit card transactions.
We do not
authorize or offer cancellations of orders after an order has been placed,
special ordered or shipped.
Our website
does not reflect current availability of items in stock. Please check on the
availability of the items you wish to purchase before placing your order. You
can do this by calling us at 1-800-441-6421, by email or by live chat.

gladly offer a one time courtesy exchange on the following items: NINA Shoes, Coloriffics Shoes, and Moyna Bags. No refunds or Returns are offered.
Store credit will be made for a one time exchange on the original purchase. Customer
is responsible for all return shipping costs.

final on Swimwear items. No Returns or Exchanges.

On items
from our Wedding Gifts and Home Décor we accept returns
only, no exchanges. Item availability varies so we are unable to offer
exchanges. Returns are subject to a 50% Restocking fee, NO EXCEPTIONS. Customer
is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We accept exchanges
and returns on all Jewelry
items. Store credit will be made for
exchanges on the original purchase. Returns of Jewelry items are subject to a
50% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

sales are final on all Dresses and Separates including, but not limited to the following brands: Jovani, Faviana, Terani, Mac Duggal Prom, Mac Duggal Couture, Cassandra Stone, Vivace, Antonio Castelli, Flash, Sherry Couture, BG Haute, Sherri Hill, Nika Formals, Party Time Formals, Prima Donna, Princess, Pricilla, Heather French Henry, Scala, Interlude, Flip Dresses, Dalia, Jasz, Janique, Alisha Hill, Clarisse and Tony Bowls. No refunds or Returns are offered. In some cases we may offer a one
time courtesy exchange at our discretion. This may depend on current
availability.

purchased with store credit cannot be exchanged or returned. No Refunds will be
issued on store credit.

Order items. No Refunds, Returns or
exchanges are accepted. Special order items include but are not limited to: (1)
made to order items (2) styles, sizes or colors not listed on our site but are
available from our designer brands (3) any single item valued at $1000.00 or
more (4) custom made items (5) items that are not in stock in our warehouse or
the designer warehouse and must be ordered in by the designer

All sales
are final on international orders. No
Refunds, Returns or exchanges are accepted.
Return
Procedure
Your satisfaction is
our goal! If you would like to return or exchange an item (excluding final sale
items), it is mandatory that you contact us first by email or our RMA Request Form - for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days of receiving your item. Please include your
Order #, Name, Phone Number, and nature of the problem. A Customer Service
Specialist will contact you within 1 business day to provide return
instructions. Your Return
or Exchange must comply with the provisions in the Return policy
and the Return guidelines. Any unauthorized returns that are received will not
be accepted and refused.
Please DO NOT return your item to the return address on the
package. In some cases, your item is sent directly from the manufacturer, who
does not accept returns, and will discard of the item. You will not receive a
refund for items sent back to the manufacturer or anywhere other than the
address provided by our Customer Service Specialist in the return instructions.
Return guidelines

Returned items must be sent within
2 days of receipt of return instructions using a trackable shipping option with
a preferred carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) in order to receive a credit card
refund or exchange. Items sent after 2 days of receipt of return instructions are
not refundable or exchangeable and will be refused.

Item must be UNWORN and clothing
tag must be attached. All original packaging must be included. Item must be in new, re-saleable condition.
We do not accept returns on shoes that have been worn.
·
We will NOT accept a return if it
smells of smoke, perfume, or any other odors, regardless if the item has been
worn or not.
·
Shoes must be returned to us
unworn, with the original shoe box included. Shoes returned without the
original shoe box included will not be refunded or exchanged.
·
Items received without a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number
are not refundable or exchangeable. Shipping charges are not
refundable in any circumstances.
·
For your protection, please insure
any items that you return to us and retain your shipping receipt and tracking
number. We are not responsible for return shipping costs or returned items that
are lost in transit or do not reach us.
If all conditions are met, your refund will be processed within
three business days of receiving your returned item. Depending on your bank or
credit card company, it may take up to 7 business days for your refund to
appear on your account after we process your return.
*Free ground shipping is subject to adjustment due
to returns, cancellations, and exchanges, meaning that if you return a portion
of your order and your order total goes below $75.00, the ground shipping
charge of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund on the returned item.
